The Centre for Artificial Intelligence and STEAM (CAIST) at MUST has organised two events. The first is a public lecture by Dr Thomas Basikolo of ITU on August 20, 2024 in the Library Auditorium from 1.30pm. 

The second is a TinyML summer school targeting staff and students to be held on August 21 and 22 in the MUST Design Studio, The summer school is held in partnership with Malawi University of Business and Applied Sciences (MUBAS) and the facilitators will be Dr Basikolo and Malawi Institute of Technology (MIT) executive dean at MUST, Dr Michael Zimba.
